The final season, which means this is where Better Call Saul catches up to Breaking Bad. Lots of jumping around, like the opening scene. That's the Feds seizing and cataloging all of Saul's property after Walter White was revealed as Heisenberg and Saul went to the vacuum cleaner man to disappear. The object that fell out of the dresser into the gutter was the cork from the super expensive bottle of tequila that Kim kept after she and Jimmy pulled their first scam together.

The engineering side of my mind makes me think that gold is a very dense metal so a solid gold toilet would weigh half a ton, requiring special reinforcements in the floor. So I assume it's merely gold plated.
