MAD MAX FURY ROAD

is there a book? I heard there is a graphic novel... I haven't seen it personally but you can find in searches. The entire film was in story board form. It took many years to get the film done and it was a difficult shoot - there is a book about that. "Blood, Sweat & Chrome: The Wild and True Story of Mad Max: Fury Road." There is a lot of background, there are a lot of great footage behind the scenes. In the theater this was an experience. It was astonishing to watch. Great reaction you two, I enjoyed all of it 😊

Valhalla, where warriors go in the after-life. I believe the "war boys" spray paint their mouth silver to arrive in Vahalla "all shiny and chrome" (Their mouths must represent the chrome grill). There are stories that when the movie came out, silver spray food coloring sold out online 🙂 All the vehicles were really built. All of the stunts were practical. This movie was made the old-fashioned way and that's why it was amazing. George Miller gave the footage to his wife who edited the film. Oh I just read an excerpt from the book and it's amazing... how much detail they paid attention to. The world building. Also the "five wives" who were all captives in that situation, they went through workshops all day for seven days to better understand what it would be like for their characters using real examples from war zones and the like.

oh the guitar guy - everyone who saw the movie loves this character, in the theater and in reaction videos. I'm pretty sure he's coordinating the war party through what he's playing and the tempo. You can hear this when they were stuck in the quagmire, the guitar is playing slower and slower to instruct all the cars to slow down and stop. This way they don't run into each other and they all understand what's what the war party is doing. I think it's the role of drums in the battlefield... the marching drums. In fact they had drums as well in the back right behind "the doof warrior" (he's the guitar guy.)
