Never got to see this show, so I’ll definitely watch along.

That was a fascinating opening episode. A tiny bit messy, but some very fun subversions to add to the predictable tropes. Which actually made a number become less predictable. That really helped it to not channel down into that formulaic direction. A number recognisable faces from other shows. Took me ages to connect that very very familiar voice. She looks quite different, well to me, so it didn't register until two thirds in. Dang, why do I know that voice...... But that's Hightower from The Mentalist. The other FBI drunk, played Bones's doctorate professor as well. The undercover FBI guy was just in another Mentalist episode the other week too. The obnoxious cage fighter guy. I'm in.
