It really is weird that Gina is always involved so deeply in these things, you're right. I remember at the end of the first Season when Jake went Undercover, everyone was in Holt's Office learning about the mission except her (and Hitchcock and Scully...) and that made sense. But then after that she was just always involved in all the Police work. Like when they had to fake Pimento's death and go after Figgis, she was involved in that and then with this as well. She's just always brought into their secret mission stuff and it's really weird... And yeah, that scene she had with Terry was a nice scene. I think that's one of the annoying things about her character. She DOES have these moments. Sweet moments where she helps people out or opens up a little like here. But she just doesn't grow from it. And she's just so mean to people. JUSTICE FOR CAT OWNERS!! 🤣
