Chills, every time. OK, so. My reason for this pick, primarily is because David is fucking mind bogglingly amazing in this. He is great in pretty much everything, but this is a masterclass piece of acting for me. It's not for the Nilsen story necessarily. I'm not into the true crime genre in the documentary format. Personally I have little interest in the comparison myself. So my request will be to move on once finished. Another reason is to see Daniel Mays again, as he is brilliant but however short lived in LOD. There could be another reason, but we will shelve that. My sponsorship of LOD series 4 is underway on another channel now. So I'll very likely be requesting something else after this before we return, to space out the absorption on my part. The shows currently in contention are. •Bodyguard (2018) •Happy Valley •Manhunt Series 1 (2019) The pick in two weeks time will depend on what you have previously seen and how long I wish to extend the break for. Scheduling on the other channel is 2 episodes a month. There can be delays then a catch up of episodes all at once at times, so it'll depend.
