Hi Eliza, I’m glad you didn’t take offense to me calling you a ‘hater’ on my last post. I truly meant no disrespect. We all have a little bit of ‘hater’ in us towards certain characters, myself included, because we all have our favorites. I agree with what you said; most of the times it’s not the characters, it’s how they’ve written them completely different from the beginning of the series. Anyhow, I enjoy your channel a lot and love how you keep it real in your reactions. Don’t ever change.

Everything I said after the last episode still stands. Obviously what I didn't want to say, is that all this plays a part for the next episode. Obviously the classic 'will they won't they' trope is being utilised here. Those more bold and subtle references have been part of the show since day one. So, no I don't believe that they have cooked this up more recently. They are just deciding to go at it a bit harder now we are in the 5th season. This is just finding another way to keep the chemistry and audience anticipation alive. Shows have been know to suffer from moving central characters out of that phase that the structure has thrived on. It doesn't always work. This is referred to a 'The Moonlighting Curse'. Thus why shows do avoid doing it at all, and those that do, don't want to too early. So this isn't anything new really, other than now one of them has been put in a situation to admit they have romantic feelings, but also why the show wants to question the credibility and origin of those feelings.
