Are you sure "cucu" means vagina? I don't speak much Spanish but I remember looking up the translation at the time (because the song stuck in my head) and it had "cucu" as butt (or more slangy, as "booty"). The song was about a middle aged man telling a young woman she had a nice booty, and her telling him hey, you're married, you shouldn't be noticing my booty. Is that not right?
