I believe this episode was inspired by (for lack of a better word) the controversy around NFL quarterback Michael Vick, who was convicted and sent to prison for being a part of a dog fighting ring. This was in 2007, shortly before this episode originally aired. He did less than 2 years and went right back to making millions in the NFL after getting released. Total. Bullshit. Yeah, this episode is both sad and infuriating.

I think this is an episode where we start to see things get back on track. Some lovely highlights. Hodgins and the Temp. Hodgins and Sweets. And Booth and Bones. But then obviously the sucky bs that is that ending as well. What's up with Cam, is she on drugs? 😂 Literally choked on my sandwich. 😝 🤣🤣🤣
