You're actually pretty far behind on the movies. Fortunately, you can watch them out of order and it won't really matter. Right now, the releases in order are (with my $0.02 added)- Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings ( amazing, possible tie-ins to the upcoming She-Hulk series with our girl Tatiana from Orphan Black). The Eternals ( other than some references, feels very disconnected from the rest of the MCU. Enjoyable, with some amazing cast members, but not my favorite.) Spiderman: No Way Home ( the best of the MCU Spiderman movies, no question. Maybe the best Spiderman movie ever.) Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness ( the only movie so far that feels effected by the Disney+ shows. I loved it It's trippy, but what would you expect?) Thor: Love and Thunder should be out in a couple of weeks. I'm looking forward to a rewatch because this movie was a lot. I didn't love Loki as much as some people, but I did enjoy it and I know it ties heavily into the next Ant Man movie but not really into any of the current movies. Moon Knight was cool, as was the Ms. Marvel series, but I'm looking forward to She Hulk which starts in about 2 weeks.

I think some of these deleted scenes might end up being used in the upcoming Echo series. They'd fit better and be more relevant there I think.
