Yes, he's Bruce's twin. He's been on the road playing bass for The Cure which is why we haven't heard about him. :D Gotta give David some props here, he did a good job changing his voice for the new character. He really did sound like a different person. As for Selena's make up situation- she thinks of herself as a fully grown woman. I think she's around 16, maybe even 17 around this time. All things considered, her make up is pretty tasteful. Usually when they portray "street girls" in movies and TV their make up is often trashy and hookerish. As far as how put together she looks, well, it's a TV show and one that is not exactly concerned with being realistic. I too like the Penguin/ Riddler dynamic. There's a lot of good dynamics on this show. The only character I struggle with is Barbara. Her discount Harley Quinn is a tough sell.
