I don't think she necessarily thought that last victims life meant more as she was a Mother, it was more that the reason she had said no to speaking on TV was that she wanted to protect her daughter, but then another kid lost their parent and she realised she needed to do what she could to help out. I love when the actors for the Unsubs are really good actors. Same with the Victims. Like, obviously I love when the other actors are really good, but there's just something about a really well acted Unsub and Victim. Does that make sense? Rossi giving the kid $500 always makes me laugh. And smile. The whole card thing makes me smile, it's just so sweet. I love moments like that where the Team really show how much they care. Because obviously we see that they care, we know they care and it's made very clear. But there's something about them all signing a card to send to this little girl on her First Communion that just really shows how much they care. I feel like JJ was just taking it a bit harder with them because she'd spent time with them. She'd just wanted to stick around for a bit to keep them company because the Mum had told them that none of her friends would come round because of the Press and JJ just wanted to let them know they had someone there if they needed her. But then she'd spent some time with them and so it just started feeling more personal to her, I guess.
