"If you love someone you will remember what they look like." Is such an amazing line! Hahaha I love this episode. It's one of my favourites. It's also one where I actually enjoy Gina's character. (I usually do enjoy her when she's paired with Jake. I think it's because with him it actually feels like friendly banter, whereas with a lot of others it feels like bullying and harassment) Poor Boyle. He's often underestimated. He's awkward and weird and clumsy and has his quirks, but he IS good at his job. It's often kinda easy to forget that because of the different characterisations of the characters. Like, Jake is specifically characterised as the childish one who is one of the best detectives. Amy is the goody-two-shoes who works very hard. Rosa is the badass who just seems to be good at almost everything. Terry is Sergeant and Holt is Captain. So Boyle often just falls to the side and is seen as not as good at his job because it's not really this huge part of his character, and he doesn't have a superior title to remind us how good he is. Like, I can get why Amy and Rosa were sceptical, he really doesn't seem like he'd be capable of robbing a bunch of banks. But they should know to trust Charles by now. It makes me sad that you don't enjoy Hitchcock and Scully. I mean, I can understand it, some people are annoyed by characters like theirs. But it makes me sad. Haha And Scully's a sweetheart! Hitchcock is a creep (though he has his sweetheart moments too...) but Scully is just a total sweetheart who I adore... Haha

Gary Marshall played the old robber! He was a screenwriter, actor, film director and producer. Marshall wrote for The Dick Van Dyke Show; created Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley , and Mork and Mindy! He also directed many movies, Pretty Woman, A League of Their Own, and The Princess Diaries to name a few! Gary Marshall was a very funny man!
