Evil Kol has always been involved in always in forever Finn is the only one who never was. Kol has this fetish of playing victim he’s the reason he died the second time and now the third time Mikael killed him the first time. Instead of going to Klaus Kol went half cocked when he went to kill Jeremy without a plan. Kol thought he was so smart he thought he could fool Finn into thinking he switched back to Finn’s side instead of going to Klaus again the genius of the family. He may not have been in the scene with Klaus, Rebekah and Elijah but he fled Mikael with them he was with the way up to the 1700’s right before they arrived in New Orleans. In episode two of this season we see it happen it was the first time he got daggered cuz he didn’t want to leave he thought it was funny when Klaus told him Mikael killed Klaus’ favorite horse and he thought it was even funnier by saying Mikael wants to kill Klaus not me yea he wasnt the wronged brother here. Klaus and Elijah daggering him saved his and their siblings lives cuz if Mikael caught Kol he would have tortured him for Klaus’ location but he would have gladly told Mikael that’s who Kol was and who he will always be. He accuses them of not caring if he lived or died the same certainly applies to him he didn’t care how Mikael treated Klaus befor or after becoming a vampire.
