I love this episode! It's one of my all time favorite sitcom episodes ever. And yeah, movie references galore: 28 Days Later, The Warriors, Die Hard, and Predator.

My favorite movie reference was when Chang entered the fight with Chinese music, which was a reference to John Woo's Hard Boiled where he often has his protagonist (usually played by Chow Yun Fat) weilding dual pistols.
