This show is basically "How can we make Spencer Reid suffer this time?" Haha it's horrible! He just can not catch a break! I love this episode though. How we slowly get more and more facts and it starts out not really making much sense, like with how the boy got nutrients and all that, but although it was always there in our minds, we kinda move on from it to focus more on finding the Unsub, then suddenly it's revealed and it just makes sense. And it's really heartbreaking! Episodes where a child is kidnapped or murdered and the parents either blame each other or pull apart always break my heart though. Because this is when you need each other the most, and yet their emotions are so high and so they just don't let each other in. So I'm really glad that we got to see them at the end holding hands and seemingly back on track. They're all gonna need a lot of Therapy, but they look to be on the right track. :) And agh, it does make sense that she blamed him. Because it was him who fought to let him walk to his friend's house alone. Personally, I think 5 is too young to go anywhere by yourself. I wasn't allowed to until I was like 9 or 10, and even then it was only to School. And my School was literally just around the corner from my house. My back garden backs onto the School Field (unfortunately we weren't allowed to just jump the fence for some reason...) But yeah, I was in Year 6 of School before I was allowed to go out alone. I was allowed to walk to the shops (also just round the corner) with friends, I think. And I often played outside on the street with a few friends who lived on the same Road as me, but my Mum almost always stood in the Kitchen Window washing up or something just to keep an eye on us, or would come into the Kitchen often just to check on us. (Understandable as my brother and a few others would play the game where you lay in the road and wait for a car to come and see how long until you get out of the way... And we all played in the road because we were idiots. She always knocked on the window when she saw us in the road to tell us to get on the path... Haha) But yeah, if I ever have kids, the youngest they'll be going anywhere alone is 10, and even then it won't be far... It always confuses me when I watch American shows and there are kids that are 5 or so walking to friends' houses streets away, because that was not a thing for me here in England. No one I knew were allowed out alone that young... I love Diana Reid though... I love the little moments with her and Spencer where she panics a little about him getting kept in there right alongside her. There was the "I've been seeing things." "Don't say that!" and then the "Anyone tries to keep him here any longer and I'll scratch out their eyes." I just love these little moments, as she seems genuinely concerned that they might try and keep him there... Haha poor Spencer. I also love how Morgan wanted to help Reid throughout the episode. How he went and got that file just to help Reid maybe understand a little about his nightmares. And I adore how during his nightmare he called out for Morgan because he's who he counts on to protect him. (And I love how it was Morgan and Rossi in the dream with him. His relationships with both of them are some of my absolute favourites on the show... I just love it!) Excited for the next episode! :D

And yeah, I know what you mean about the Unsub this episode. It really was so sad. Like you said, Social Services was right to take the baby as she was clearly unstable. But she definitely needed checkups and more help, especially after losing her baby. I feel like they maybe should've given her visits with the baby. But at the same time I understand why they wouldn't as that might not have been what was truly good for her or the baby. I just find it sad when children are taken away from a parent who truly cares for them, even if it's the right thing to do because the parent is unable to care for them. Like, as much as I love Diana, it probably would've been better for Spencer if he'd been put into another family members care or something as it was very clear that after his Dad left he was very much taking care of both himself and his Mother, and likely having to figure out the Bills and all that a lot of the time. And it would've been horrible because we can see how much she loves Spencer and how close they are, but I do think it probably would've been better for him, especially if he still got to see her. But it really is so sad when the Unsub isn't well and truly doesn't seem to understand just what they've done. :(
