I'm with you now about Barbara. I'm never a fan of relationship melodrama in these kind of a show (it's why I lost interest in the CW superhero shows). It seems like the writers don't know what to do with her. It's especially glaring when you see how they write the other relationships on the show. I'd say that Jim's biggest problem is his lack of patience. He's clearly making a difference with Bullock and the captain, as well as Montoya and her partner. He just need to pump the brakes a little. One thing Mizz Mooney should remember----what do penguins eat? Fish :))))
