Really excited for you to watch season 3 :) Great episode imo and love your reaction. You're so invested in the team, I love it :)

I feel so bad for Gideon! This is all just way too much for him... But I'm glad he recognises that and has made the decision to step away. I agree about the Copycat, Anna I think her name was. It was so sad! The fact that no one tried to help her when, like you said, she was always talking about suicide and basically crying for help and everyone just laughed at her. It doesn't excuse her murdering someone, but I feel awful for her. She didn't deserve that. Yeah. While Strauss comes off as a bitch, she is in such a bad position. She's going about things in a bad way with Emily and all that, but she does have a job to do and the Team DO sometimes go off book and make mistakes that end badly. We as viewers understand their decisions because we're watching them make them and seeing the reasons for that and we are attached to these characters. But at the end of the day, there does have to be a line and unfortunately Strauss has to be the one to enforce that line often... And I love that Hotch is protective of the Team and all the members. They all have a protectiveness of each other, but Hotch as the Leader just has this extra protective nature towards them all and I love it. He takes blame for things, because like you said, he's the Leader and so technically he is the one who is supposed to be deciding whether or not something is the right move, and if the team does something without running it by him, he's lost control, if they run it by him and he says yes, then he made that decision. At the end of the day, any decision the Team makes, it reflects on him. And he knows that and accepts it.

Did anyone else watching this episode think that the two girls seen together most of the episode were more than friends? I have to say the RA going up to her right after her best friend or possibly girlfriend was murdered was a bit tactless. Especially as she clearly doesn't like her. I don't know, I just didn't like that. No way it wasn't Tubbs. He's obviously the murderer. Why else was he acting so fucking creepy and shady. I don't like that Morgan is second guessing it when it's very blatant. Fucking Strauss. She's so power hungry but she's stupid. Hotch never wanted to advance in the job. He loves what he does. He's not a threat to her job. Dumb ass should of just left well enough alone! Poor Gideon. His love for Sarah and the grief he's dealing with is heartbreaking.
