I agree with you about the team. They should have someone on the outside to talk to. I think they all get evaluated after a trauma, but Im not sure how much. And since they are some of the best profilers in the game, and experts in human emotions, they probably know what to do and say to manage the tests if they want to. This is not a favorite episode of mine. Actually, it's probably one of the least memorable of the entire first and second season. The villain was boring and easy to spot from the beginning. The team was decoration that didn't do much in the end and there was very little emotional scenes or developments. I wish Emilys mother could have been presented in a better episode with more focus on their relationship. Perhaps Im harder on this episode because the last couple ones had been such an emotional rollercoster filled with suspense and drama, but there are just too much lacking here for me. I do however like when Garcia gets to interact with the team in person and "G-man junior" is a great nickname :P

Yeah it was not my favorite either and I think a lot of it had to do with the lack of actual profiling? Like it just didn't seem to follow the same pattern of the show. Plus I find it more interesting when they are dealing with serial killers that mafia stuff.
