This is definitely one of the most emotional episodes of the show. It was so sad what Sarah Jean went through to protect her son... but what's the saddest thing to me is that her mother, Riley's grandma, still believes he's dead :(

I was not prepared to cry that much, it was very emotional. I love how invested Gideon gets and how much he cares. And ugh I didn't think about that, now I'm sad all over again.

Definitely one of my all time favorites of the series. Beautiful and tragic. Incredibly touching sacrifice. Gideon is very strong but i had a feeling that something broke inside of him there.

I'm sure I already said this on your Youtube reaction before I joined your Patreon but I don't understand how the hell the family weren't brought up on charges? They knew this entire time that Riley was alive but said nothing to the cops? That's a crime! I hate that Gideon and Hotch knowingly let her die for a crime she didn't commit. She wasn't even involved with the murders, she just figured it out and anonymously reported him to the police. I hate watching this one, it just pisses me off every single time!
