ugh as a Stefan stan this episode is very hard to watch because of how he's acting and how indifferent he is being with Elena. To do this on the bridge where her parents died is so cruel. I do get what you mean about him taking things to the darkest places but its still very hard to watch. I never really noticed how on edge Stefan is this entire episode and how he does look and behave like someone who needs a fix, its interesting. And the whole thing about Defan working together even though they were unaware of it! I love that. Ive mentioned before how I appreciate your commentary and how you dont justify Stefan's actions because even though I love him too it is important to call him out on the bad things he does. One of the divisive things between Stefan and Damon fans is the fact that a lot of Stefan fans do keep Stefan on that pedestal while condemning Damon for doing things that are equally wrong. I really like what you said about feeling bad fr Stefan for what happened to him but how at one point it starts to become an excuse for his behavior and it is so true.

So very true. Sometimes some Stefan fans just blame Damon for just everything for things even which he doesn’t do. But I don’t like comparing the brothers love them both equally. It’s just that if we count damon accountable for things we need to do the same with Stefan.

This episode is such an emotional rollercoaster. I also feel bad for Tyler because he is doing things against his will because of the sire bond. He loves Caroline but he has to realize that he cant be with her as long as he is sired to Klaus because he is putting everyone in danger. It sucks. Also I didnt realise that there were so many triangles LOL, thats crazy. Actually I'm not a big Klaroline fan. I never understood it and it all seemed to happen so quickly. I also dont like people who think of that scene between Klaus and Caroline as being romantic? Because he is the reason Caroline was dying and needed to be saved by him in the first place. I never considered the idea of Klaus and Bonnie but now that you mention it ... it would have been cool af.
