They got everything right with this new version of Spiderman. A lot of people complained about Aunt May being too young, but it makes more sense that a 15-year-old would have a hot 40-something aunt than an 80-year-old geriatric aunt. I love that guys are always hitting on her in front of Peter. It just adds to the awkwardness. I also like that she caught him in his suit at the end.I like that the MCU doesn't have that trope where the superhero hides their identity. Everyone knows who the Avengers are. Peter is the only one hiding his identity because he's a kid.His best friend and now his aunt knows so we don't have to waste too much screen time going forward on scenes where Peter is trying to change into Spider-Man without Aunt May finding out. It always makes the person they're hiding from look gullible and dumb. "She's the best detective on the LAPD but she has no idea her husband is a superhero"---I hate that,it's so stupid.

Michael Keaton was also great. I've met Michael Keaton. He is not a big guy and his normal speaking voice is very friendly, nothing intimidating about him at all.But he can shift his voice and break out his crazy eyes and suddenly he's the scariest guy on Earth.
