I love sci-fi *but* I'm a former aerospace engineer so I see all the mistakes. So one of the long list of reasons I love this show is that they correctly show that there's no sound in space.

I like how some planets have high tech and big cities and other planets are pretty raw. On the less developed worlds, vehicles (and parts to repair vehicles) would have to be shipped in from off world. Expensive. But horses make more horses.

Did you recognize Shepard Book? That actor (Ron Glass) was the doctor who strongly objected to Coulson's medical treatment in the first season of Agents of SHIELD. Both shows have a lot of Whedon crossover.
