God, this is such a good episode. They talk about a lot of important things, especially disengaging which in the current political climate is so vital to mental health. Just taking a second to remember "ok this is not the world everywhere at all times". I really hope this show makes a come back at some point with new guests and such cause it can be such a positive and reaffirming thing for a show about depression. Hell even just the validation sometimes is nice.
