Damn. I do or have done a lot of what Jamie Loftus is describing, but always attributed it to the ADHD.

Did i miss why she kicked the notebook compulsion but not the other things? I thought (as an adult) i had OCD as a kid but my compulsions eventually became unsustainable and i just realized i had to quit..it sounds like it was the same for her. I'm interested why some things stick and others don't. Great episode as always!
