Hi everyone, and happy new year!

From time to time, we like to do a quick recap and tell you about our plans for the future, and the start of the year is the perfect moment for it. We are here thanks to you, so telling you where your money and support is going is the least we can do.

2023 has been a great year for The Dungeon Archive. We have accomplished more than we ever expected, and it's all thanks to your support.
I'm literally writing this in tears. It has been a year marked by growth and also by a lot (a lot) of hard work. But in September, I was finally able to shift and work exclusively in The Dungeon Archive.
Being able to be part of your adventures, inspiring new ones and making a living out of it is something that I'm thankful for every day.

Thanks to every single one of you for this opportunity.

2023 recap

In this index you can inspect in detail everything we have released so far, but just as a quick recap, here is how 2023 went:

Growing our team

We will always strive to bring more content to your tables with every release as the project grows. As I said, the project grew a lot this year, which means there is more work that needs to be done, but thanks to your support we can now also grow our team.

Daenis, who has been collaborating on and off with us since day zero, is finally joining us. We are ready to create more and better art. Additionally, we now have someone that will help us with social media management, so we can share what we do with more people.

With them, we expect to create more and better content for all of you and also grow the community, which in the end means even more and better content for all of you!

Changes

We have learned a lot this year, and with the changes on the team, we decided to also change the release structure.
Some packs take more time than others in illustration, animation, design or even research, so instead of a release per week we are going to do 4 or 5 releases per month. The exact number will be determined by how big and complex the packs are. It will be roughly the same amount of releases per month, but this way we won't be in a rush to finish something and will have more time for bigger releases.

Plans for the future

The Dungeon Archive has now very solid foundations, so it's time to make new stuff and level up.
We can not specifically disclose anything yet, but we have a few things in the making to expand your worlds and that adds new functionalities to the project. And also, finally explain what "The Dungeon Archive" means... What a mystery!

That's it from us for now.
Again, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for your support all this time. We hope we can keep being part of your adventures for another year.

If you have one minute to spare and want to give us some feedback we still have this quick survey open.

We wish you a 2024 full of adventures and discoveries!
