All around the world there are shrines dedicated to venerating the Ancient Trees, symbols of enduring life and resilience. But there is one that captivates the attention of all. It is the Sulfur Tree Shrine, a remarkable temple encircling the golden Sulfur Tree.
These mountains are rich in different metals and other substances, which is what gives the filtering water its distinctive yellow color. This towering tree has somehow survived the sulfuric waters and thrives in an acid lake.

When the time is right, the Sulfur Tree, which is pure golden color, rains golden leaves that people gather and use them in diverse rituals to ask for good fortune. A tradition involves entering barefoot into the shallow waters of the lake and pray to the tree. Some among them even drink the water, although it's not recommended.

People of the rival kingdom usually joke about the Sulfur Tree saying that it's a Cerberus who usually pees on the tree, giving it its color and its pungent smell.
On the other hand dwarves from nearby mountains talk about the legend of the God of Desire, who irrigates the tree with beer!

Have fun!
