Want to Join the Lavendher Estate Movie Club? (Patreon)

So you want to join the movie club... 👀

As most of you know, the Lavendher Estate server on Discover is still under wraps (but will be ready sooner rather than later!) and it's frowned upon to watch movies together on the ASMR RP Lounge server so right now the movie club stays on VRChat.

Why VRChat?

VRChat opens us up to so many possibilities. That's why I began exploring it in the first place with planning future events for you guys in mind (meetups too!). If you are familiar with the concept of Virtual Reality, you can imagine what it might be like to share a space in the metaverse with your fellow online friends and Lavendher enjoyers.

(You can sit in someone's lap. Give someone a hug. Dab someone up. High five them. Give them some binaural ASMR treatment. Flash bang them. Boop them. Slap them. o///o Again, the possibilities are endless!)

In addition, the great thing is VRChat is not just for VR users. Even if, like me, you don't have a headset, you can still explore so much! As long as you have a desktop, you can still log into VRChat and start your new adventure!

How do I start with VRChat?

Follow the steps below if you'd like to get setup with VRChat and hang with the gang!

1. Download and open Steam.

2. Search 'VRChat' in the search bar.

(When you open, it, for desktop users, make sure you choose the desktop and not the VR version!)

Once you download VRC and follow the basic steps to set up an account and such, you will be ready to explore public worlds, add friends, join groups, and more!

When I release the Discord, I will create a channel for movie-watching activities and general VRC hangout events so you can stay updated - and when I get the VRChat Plus membership (whenever that is) I will create a group that you can join in VRC, which will notify you whenever events are going on or worlds are opened for the group! :)
