In the relationship path in the scenes where you invite Connor to your pool, he accepts or not at random... it will depend on your luck. There's a 33% chance he'll accept.

I've played a few times where he accepted the first time... and sometimes I had to insist for 9 days to get him to accept.

So there's nothing to do but try and count on luck.
