State of Imouto Chapter 10 (Patreon)

I gotta make a post on this since many of you are wondering where it is. Large parts of the chapter have been finished for 3 weeks now, the script for both chapter 10 and 11 have been written 3 months ago, so what is the hold up? The creation of a new specially designed map is!
This process is a disaster that has been going on for far over 1 month now. It should have been finished on Nov. 1st so I can make the scenes that require the new house fiinally, but the commsion is still unfinished, keeps getting delayed or rushed to an unfinished and terrible looking state that does not fulffill my standards in any way. It cost me my sanity and my freetime on getting involved in fixing these mistakes.

I will never ever outsource workload and spend money on these things again.  Especially when there is no portfolio to back up the claims. Even the sharp drop in Patrons this month is larger than the entire commission itself, doubling the damage. I kept staying optimistic since the map was always so close to being finished but after finally getting a full insight on the disastrous state of the workflow there, I now realize that it's just wishful thinking. The time I invested into setting things right is also unbelievable and kept me from tackling other projects.

Right now I HOPE the map is finished on Sunday. I actually achieved a major breakthrough this week and we got from 1 person to 4 people working on the project. IF that is the case I can start working on it next week and release it on Saturday 25th - 3 weeks later than planned. Not even chapter 9.5 can make up for this. Otherwise I will go with a plan B, a map fully comprised of assets inside Koikatsu by the amazing Astraea-R. Regardless, next week it will be finished.

As for Lisa: The time I usually dedicate to Lisa's Growing Journey is going into the Dere series. This new project took a few weeks to pick up steam but we are getting to the good parts now. Lisa will obviously come back as soon as this series finishes this month. Just like last year it's paused during NNN! Feel free to ask any other questions!
