Well, that was something. Don’t usually do free shows like that, but hey I managed to find my way into the VIP and I have literally everyone in this club to act as witnesses to Gozu getting fucked on stage. Now all I need is grab something of his, like his tie or something I get my pay. Though with Alastor ripping off my clothes, I’m in no condition to run out of here. Thankfully after our ‘show’ Gozu took us backstage to relax. Me and Alastor worked him pretty good. Really Hoping there’s some clothes back here...

“Fun times, fun times.” Alastor says as he leans on the bar. “

“Funny how you showed up to the same club, kid. Didn’t you say you had work?”

“I did. Finished already.”

“Well what job was it?”

“Not important right now. Look you’re GOING to replace my clothes that you tore up. I’m not walking home in stained undies, you hear me?”

“Wouldn’t be the first time.”

“Shut up and get me some pants already.”

God, I literally just met the guy today and he acts like we’re bffs. We’re roommates at best and I’m the one paying rent.

“So I take it you were hired to spy on me?”

Fuck, I forgot he was in here.

Gozu just smugly chucked in his seat as I looked at him. “No need to be coy, it’s not like you were being subtle about getting close to me in the first place. You’re not the first either.”

Golborne: “And what makes you say that?”

Gozu: “You can tell a lot by how a man dances…”

“I could tell that you were a man of many talents… and on a mission. So let me guess, the guild put out a quest to stock me without harming me to see what I’d do? A fat bonus for getting proof?”

“Maybe...”

“Right. Well suffice to say I can’t afford for you to send this report back to my witch of a wife. So why don’t you come take a seat and we make a counter offer.”

Son of a bitch, no wonder this was going too easy. The hairy brat figured me out the moment we met. And it’s not like I can say no to this, Alastor’s still working for him and I’m practically naked. Though considering he hasn’t had Alastor rip me in two we’re at a good start, so I sit down and listen.

“Since time is of the essence I’ll cut to chase. Whatever the witch was paying you as standard I’ll pay up front. Think of it as a tip for our little fun. Also has hush money. Can’t have you just going to her with that info, now can we.”

Golborne: “I’ve been meaning to ask about that. All I needed was a report for the base job, what was stopping me from just lying from the start?”

Gozu: “Not a wise choice, she’s a specialist at Divination. She’d rip you apart at the first smell of a lie. It is why I married her in the first place. Her family comes from the FeyWilds, and they naturally have a resource of magical products and resources. My family was simply chomping at the bit trying to cast me off as her husband.” Gozu said as he rolled his eyes. “We’re strictly business, I want nothing to do with that witch and she’s the same only worse. She’s constantly trying to find ways to divorce us. Leaving the family with half of our business… Too bad for her, I’m one step ahead of her.” Gozu looks me up and down, letting the gears in his head turn.

“If she's constantly going to overstep then it’s only fair that I do the same. Part two of this deal is an offer to change your target.”

Golborne: “...Are you asking me to fuck your wife?”

Gozu: “I’m asking you to fuck me wife. Yes. Or at the very least make it look like you did. I just need probable cause to get the ball rolling. So how about it? From what I’ve seen, you’ll do just fine playing the part. I’ll even supply you with the means of not getting seen through her magic.”

Huh. Well this is not what I thought was going to happen, but so long as I’m paid.

Do I go with it, refuse, or just lie to get out of here. I have everything I need, I’ll just have to make a convincing front and get some clothes first. Though this guy’s pretty insightful, it might be pretty hard.
