 "And that's how I saved about 10 of those fainting goats from tumbling off a cliffside up near Shikon!" Ari laughed as he finished his story. His face red with intoxication, but his smile never faded away.  

Bulkar sighed as he longingly gazed upwards at the human. Part of him envied how confident he seemed to be about virtually anything. Another part of him really wanted the man all to himself. 

  Neither of the men noticed the fluffy frame of Sunny scratching at the window yet. Was the Tabaxi jealous of the attention Ari was getting? Or was he merely trying to tell the men the door is locked and it's starting to get cold outside? Who can say.
