Getting out of the house! (Patreon)

Since the start of the Wuhan Flu pandemic life has been rather constricted for most of us, I still have the luxury of a daily commute to and from the office where C-milk and I do our editing, filming and our car antics, but other than that it has been a case of, no restaurants, no shop visits and very little getting out of the house, especially for my wife! I have made it a priority to take her and my daughter out to local parks or for short walks as often as possible as it's terrible to be stuck at home all the time and have also encouraged Sasha to go for the occasional drive by herself when I get back from work as I can look after the baby.
A really good friend of mine out of the blue offered me a one night, two day stay in his timeshare down in San Clemente and I was delighted to have the opportunity to take the family out for the first time since this whole thing started. In fact this would be the first time that our daughter had ever had to sleep anywhere other than in our apartment.
I was rather shocked at the amount of people not wearing masks or social distancing but then again I understand how little most local people understand about these sorts of viruses, when living in China, especially where I lived near Hong Kong, wearing masks and mandatory temperature checks when crossing the border have been normal practice ever since the SARS outbreak all those years ago.
Surfers and beach goers are for the most part healthy and in their prime and think they're invincible in any case so that probably adds to it.
This was a sorely needed break, especially for my wife and I am incredibly grateful for the generosity of my friend (who has been a long time subscriber) for allowing us to stay in his timeshare.
Looking at the drastic affect this pandemic has had all over the world has only strengthened my resolve, I will continue to fight for transparency, accountability and balance when it comes to the actions of CCP and those supporting them that affect the rest of the world.
Stay Awesome and thank you for keeping everything I do a reality, every single one of you have made a significant difference to my life and the lives of my family and for that I will be eternally grateful!
