Vegan-ism is certainly not a subject that interests me... especially since I love Meat, Cheese and leather jackets ;) But I do respect the choices people make, and understand how difficult it is to survive in China with any sort of alternative diet (it's difficult to find even basic dairy products here), so when I met "Green Girl" a few months ago at one of my subscriber meetups, I was quite surprised at just how passionate she was about being vegan. I've received questions about how to survive as a vegetarian in China from my subscribers in the past, and so I thought who better to ask than someone who's main passion in life is eating vegetables... hope you guys found the video interesting ;)
