Weee, finished this month's art!  \ o /  It's my OC Claire in... some... water area!

I suppose I'll put a little blurb about her!  She's from my (planned) visual novel The Witching Hour (name may possibly be changed in the future)!  Claire is an 18 year old witch, who seemingly appeared out of nowhere in the world.  She has a black book with gold pages chained to her wrist which she uses to cast spells!  She's a bit strange compared to other magic casters in the world, since normally they cast spells verbally.
