Tatsurat (Patreon)

I dressed as Tatsumaki a few times, and thought it'd be fun to put the outfit on my rat character. Thought to make the hair more frizzy to more accurately portray Tatsumaki's hair (albeit hers is more curly). This is the first drawing in quite some time to be entirely done on my phone, so it's a little imperfect, but gets the job done!
