If you have twitter I need your help! (Patreon)

Ok this is really weird! my twitter just completely glitched out - it says that I've hit the limit for tweets today (less than 10, so that's not right) and I can't tweet customer support to get help. It also deleted all of my messages and I can't communicate with anyone - it won't let me send messages and when I look up people I used to message it won't pull up their name. I even tried switching to an old account and it still said I'd hit my tweet limit, so it's somehow tied to my ip address. If any of you have a minute, I'd really appreciate it if you could tweet @twittersupport about my account @misterstallion to find what's wrong. I literally can't communicate with anyone using the platform and their customer service system is designed so that you never interact with a human. Thanks so much!
