Update to endslate credits (Patreon)

Heyo! Just wanted to notify you all on a small update to the endslate credits.

Starting from the next video, the list of patrons will now be ordered alphabetically. Also, I will be updating all patron names to your current Patreon usernames as of the posting of this list. If you wish to go by another name on the list at this time, please let me know in the replies to this post.
