Maybe a self-indulgent suggestion, but a character from Dragalia Lost TFing into one of the game's dragons could be neat! There are plenty of human characters to pull from, as well as "sylvans", who are basically humans but with bunny ears. Also, some dragons adopt humanoid forms to live among humans. Drawing them shapeshifting into their normal dragon bodies would be an option. Or perhaps have them turn into something that is very much NOT their dragon self, such as a real-world animal or one of the game's own non-dragon creatures.
