Hi there Tier 4 & 5 members,

It's been brought to our attention that some people who signed up for Tiers that offer merch have not gotten it.

One member reached out and informed me that Patreon had told them that my merch program was active, but not "assigned."

Setting up the merch program involved a lot of back and forth with Patreon's support, and I distinctly recall assigning the items to the correct tiers. It was a big part of it.

Going backstage now gives me errors every time, so I cannot personally correct any issues.

Based on my experience with Patreon's merch system, I had some concerns that it would have some trouble at some point. Their system is bizarre, confusing, and totally counterintuitive for no clear reason. I had hoped they had worked it out at some point since I first used it years ago, but I guess not.

I am now in touch with them about getting everyone the merch they paid for as originally set up and scheduled back in October. If I am unable to, you'll be hearing from me in another post like this soon offering refunds for your missing item.

If I am unable to be 100% clear on the merch reliability, I will re-work Tiers once again. If that's the case, you'll be hearing from me again with details on the changes. I don't know whether it'll be a price change or if it'll be a new or altered perk, but I will make sure you're getting the same value.

Are we suppose to receive a notification for when/if merch has shipped? I honestly forgot about merch haha. Thank you for the update!
