Has Cad Bane finally met his match!?! Loved how much this episode elevated not only Omega but also Fennec, getting to see how Omega was so capable in this situation was amazing but seeing Fennec and Bane go at it was even better! Also this new city has given me plenty of new thoughts on the Kaminoans 😂

It was really cool to see Cad go up against someone who's kind of a new generation of bounty hunter. Their fight was really cool. I liked how Fennec knows she wouldn't be able to win against Bane in a shootout so she avoids it at any cost and tries to go full on hand to hand combat against Bane. But when Bane gets the upper hand she utilizes surprise attacks and her many gadgets and bombs to try and knock bane out. It's awesome that we get to see a Bounty Hunter who recognises her own weaknesses and isn't overconfident. She fully understands she can't outshoot Bane and even when the hand to hand combat dosen't work, she adapts and tries to find more weaknesses in her opponent. Bane is very much not one to avoid confrontation and he ususally fights people head to head without the need of many gadgets or tricks. So him being matched up against someone who is the polar opposite of his fighting style was really cool to see. Although I imagine Fennec's tricks won't be as effective next time the two meet because Bane knows all her tricks now so he can adapt. Overall it was one of my favourite Bounty Hunter fights and made me appreciate Fennec even more. And I do agree that Nala Se is a very interesting character. She does appear to truly care for Omega and that's why when she heard that the Prime Minister would want to dispose and experiment on Omega, she went completely rogue and hired Fennec to make sure Bane dosen't deliver Omega back to Kamino. And it's especially interesting since Kaminoans have never viewed any clone they've made other than their property and were never highly emotional beings. They even criticized the Jedi for being too respectful and attached to their clone troopers. But seeing Nala Se genuinely care for a clone is very surprising. And the fact that she would go as far as to sabotage the Prime Minister and the future of Kaminoan cloning, just to protect Omega is really admirable. You've also mentioned that Omega has the closest connection with Hunter out of the group. And I definitely agree. Most members of the group have a very unique and different relationship with Omega. Hunter is obviously the father figure. Wrecker I always viewed as the older brother. Finally Tech and Echo are basically her 2 cool uncles. Or at least that's how I interpret their family dynamic.

This fight scene did absolute wonders for Fennec, having her go toe to toe with Bane like this was just amazing and everything you’ve said is literally what I’ve been thinking, we can see so much thought go into all of her actions and it’s so nice to see a Bounty Hunter who is this adaptive. Nala Se has me so intrigued now, she literally putting the future of her planet on the line for Omega and is actually showing that she cares, I can’t wait to get more info on their relationship now as it has to be so strong to make Nala Se do all this yet Omega seemed fine with leaving with the Bad Batch. That’s basically how I’ve been interpreting their relationships, waiting for stronger bonds to form between the rest though since they are all the Bad Batch and all the adults are equally as close to one another so if Omega is going to properly integrate into the group she needs to grow close to all of them.
