These might be some of my favourite episodes; Kenobi finally got an arc and it's SO worth the wait! Also, these Mandalorians are incredible.

So roughly 1000 years ago the Old Republic was failing and the Jedi were fighting the Sith so Coruscant was not well protected like it is now. The Jedi were also fighting against the Mandalorians and at some point they get into the Jedi Temple and take the Darksaber. Eventually the Jedi win the war against the Sith and that's when the current Galactic Republic is established. Very little is known of any of this in canon. What we know is just put together from little bits in canon reference books.

Haha a few episodes ago when you said "I doubt Kenobi will have any kind of attachment or love interest in this show" I just remember thinking "oh boy.." 😂 Before this episode aired Mandalore had always been shown as a culture of very capable elite warriors who are always seeking out worthy opponents to fight and of course Jedi were a prime target because of their skill, power and reputation, they had always been a big threat in Old games and other media etc, the name Mandalorian was enough to simply put fear into many opponents. When it was said that Mandalore would be making its way into Clone wars many fans were excited as you can imagine haha, so when the episode aired and we tuned into Satine's peaceful and prospering Mandalore many expectations were subverted and fans were like "What's this?! This isn't the Mandalore I know! What has this Woman done to them?! 😭😭" So there were many "passionate" fans who were rooting for the Death Watch Terrorist movement since they resembled what many were familiar with haha 😂 crazy times

This all sounds so interesting! Hopefully, we'll get to learn more about these events in the future as I really want to see an army of Mandalorians fighting against an Army of Jedi over that Saber.

Wow! I honestly really like both aspects of these people, the Warriors and Death Watch are just very cool but I love Satine and how she was seeing through the manipulation of the War. Totally get why fans would be upset though 😂 to have these awesome warriors who could go toe to toe with Jedi finally show up in a show only to be peaceful people who could pass for any other human-looking species. But yeah still over the moon that Kenobi's getting attention and in such a big way 😁 Absolutely love the internal conflict we now know he has, and I am rooting for these two to get together in some way or another!!!
