CHUCHI'S BACK!! Her return was so amazing and she felt so much like Padme in her mission to help the clones. This episode as a whole was insane and I can't wait to see how Rampart worms his way out of this.

Seeing Chuchi come back was great! Such a secondary character from clone wars taking up an important role was so cool! The CX trooper killing himself was inspired by a real tactic used in war by officers who have cyanide capsules in their teeth, seeing a star wars version of this shows how dark this show is compared to early clone wars

This Two-Parter story is intense, I was so nervous for everyone and on the edge of my seat and kinda acting like you were, constantly saying "Someone's gonna die! someone's gonna die!" 🤣🤣 No one is safe at this point. 😬😬 I was not expecting to see Chuchi again either but it makes so much sense and is such a perfect place for her, with Padme gone it feels like there's a hole left in the Senate that needs to be filled in and the light inside is slowly dying out, of course we have Senators trying to keep that light going and push back (Almost like carrying on Padme's legacy) like Bail Organa, Mon Mothma and Pamlo (Senator in the white hooded robe at beginning on Bails side) but there's that young outspoken senator who is virtually incorruptible and speaks with such compassion and conviction and actually listens to the people and is not afraid to take action, missing which Riyo Chuchi is perfect for. Of course you can never replace Padme but she is a worthy follow up. Honestly seeing the Clones basically spending their lives drinking away at the Clone bar is such a depressing state, during the Republic they had a healthy Balance of serving on the front lines and getting some downtime but the Empire has basically little need for their services and more Stormtroopers keep filling in those roles on the front line so pretty much most of their time is just spent there which is sad. And lastly I know it's a small detail but I love how the Martez Sister's Garage is now considered a safehouse in this Lion's den of a Planet, just further showing the growing impact to our heroes the 2 have had since their introduction.

Chuchi was such an awesome side character in Clone Wars, seeing her develop into a capable character in her arc was great but getting a whole story here with her fully confident in her role makes it even better. The whole thing with the Trooper was insane and I’m loving how we just get to see Star Wars get darker and darker and tackle more of this stuff, though I still have so many questions about that guy 😂

I’m really enjoying how this show uses the characters, when they don’t use the Batch like this it makes it feel like anyone could be killed off and with how things keep getting more brutal and darker, I wouldn’t be surprised if they bring back a character just to kill them off. I’m honestly quite shocked we even got to see the Senate again, I remember it being dissolved in the original trilogy so I know it’s on its way out but to know it has a good amount of importance in the galaxy gives me a bit of hope that the Empire can do too much evil if it still has to go through them. Chuchi was such a good option to take over Padme’s role and she does it so naturally, no one could ever get as close to Padme in terms of her purity and awesomeness but Chuchi had an amazing base where we got to see where her confidence and convictions come from, that she feels like the perfect person to carry on what Padme was doing. I thought that Palpatine’s main evil was destroying a planet but after everything, I’m starting to think what he did with the Clones is far worse. He created them for a war he orchestrated, made them believe and die for it, controlled them and turned them against the Jedi, and now casts them aside without care or respect. The man created an entire race of people just to use for like 3 years and then basically tries to terminate them. Really like that detail too, this show has given them so much development since Clones Wars and it feels so weird since they haven’t shown up that much, working with Rex and having their whole garage become this has really turned their characters around. As for the second part of this arc, still trying to process that ending 😂
