Yeah, this episode was definetely one of the highlights of the season alongside "Mindful Education", really great moments all the way. It's nice to hear that Greg and Vidalia are still hanging out after all these years, and they included Sadie's mom Barb into the mix as well (although Greg might be regretting including her just a little bit xdd). In case you don't remember... the "Dondai" that Greg lend Pearl to drive to the show is the Dondai Supremo that Stevonnie used to race against Kevin in the episode "Beach City Drift". Fun Fact: Mike Krol is an actual Music Artist in real life, he was a guest star in this episode. The Mystery Girl caused quite a stir in the Fandom back in the day, mostly good... as people was really excited about a potential relationship between her and Pearl. As you said the Mystery Girl is only referred to as "S" in the credits and it is worth noting that one of the Storyboard artists of the show called her "Sheena", so that's basically how she's known in the Fandom. But by far the biggest take away from this episode for me is Pearl's character. The fact that she's willingly stepping out of her comfort zone, daring to try things she normally would never do.... is a big sign that she is slowly but surely healing from the big trauma and sadness that Rose gave her. Of course... the fact that the one person she decided to fixate on was a girl who coincidentally resembles Rose is.......... not entirely reassuring, but given the fact that she is even showing signs of interest in people other than Rose is definetely a step in the right direction.

I think Barb has been in Greg's social circle for a while. When we first met her (when she took over Jamie's route) she said something like "Hey! You're Greg's kid! I didn't realize you lived all the way out here!" Not proof of anything, but it suggests that she knew Greg well enough to know something about Steven. Probably not too surprising considering how small Beach City is...

In which Pearl's got the RIZZ, lmaooo. I adore this one, it's so fun. I like how this episode shows how Pearl is at a point where she's willing to try and move on emotionally from Rose, but like... given her immediate attraction to this mystery woman who looks a lot like her (Steven bluntly pointing it out in the car was VERY funny), it's obviously still early days. Healing will take time. And little experiences like these... putting herself out there, taking risks, testing the waters with other potential relationships... that's how it all starts. Good for her, though. The other joke in this episode that makes me laugh but I find is hard to catch on a first watch is when Pearl says "I really wanted to meet your Krol!" It took me forever to realize that she mistook the band artist name "Mike Krol" as "My Krol," thus... the strangely worded comment.
