Hello loves,

We dug in this week and spent some meaningful time on certain spots. Sometimes you just need a little more time, you know?

If you're new to these classes or movement in general, this class is a GREAT starter sesh. In it we worked on:

- inner thighs and inner quadriceps

- hamstrings

- calves

- outer hips

- lateral fascial line stretch

- lats/ribcage

- rotator cuff

- posterior shoulder

- pecs

- neck

- face and head
