Hi Friends,

This class is almost identical to last week's class but none of us cared at all and it all felt amazing. ;) You'll want a tennis ball or something similar for this one. Here's what we're rolling:

- feet

- glutes and hips

- quadriceps

- lower back

- obliques

- rotator cuff

- triceps

- anterior shoulder 

- biceps

- neck

...Now that I'm typing it out is was nothing like last week's class. Here are some playlist suggestions if you don't already have something to groove to. Enjoy!!
