Hi Friends,

I hope you enjoy this wonderful class! My live Zoom buddies and I sure did. You'll need two tennis balls/pinky balls/racquet balls and your foam roller. Here's what we'll release together in this class:

- Feet

- Quadriceps (deep dive)

- Lateral hips 

- Lateral line stretch

- Hamstrings

- Peroneals

- Glutes

- Pecs (deep dive)

- Upper traps

- Anterior delt/bicep/chest stretch

- Balls in between shoulder blades
