How long can I go on with Patreon? (Patreon)

Heyo guys, a bit more serious topic this time:

As you may, or may not know, I have SFW projects too, namely a huge comic, which would take 30 years to finish even with regular attention... while not having patreon to take care of...

Apart from that, the few people who know all about me, said that my NSFW and SFW artstyle, even though I try drawing differently, are very similar and recognizable... and given the stuff I draw, if someone who shouldn't find out, actually does find me out, would ruin my future career most likely...

So what I wanna say is... I might stop with patreon within a year or so... Tumblr would still be up for doing commissions if I need money, but I don't think I will be able to keep posting stuff regularly while working on my sfw projects... and needless to say I can't take money for nothing xD

But I want to ask you guys. Do you have any experience with this or something you have heard? How would you react if I stopped doing patreon?
