how about 2 teams, start with one at a time, then the first contestant leaves with no contact, no idea what the person before them was planning, then repeat if you want to use more contestants, in the end, some one who knows how to cook tries to salvage what is left or flip it, some one who knows how to cook, like aria and Jamie for instance, start the challenge, start a dish, then they get to watch from a different room as their dish gets butchered before their eyes, with no contact until after ofc.

Crack on the flat, creates a large surface area for you to then split the egg. The eggs have a membrane that will keep it together. If you crack on the edge, you might break through it, while having a small surface area to then dig in and break the egg.
