I tried my best to get every season from the original series on Amazon for folks to stream/purchase, but essentially it doesn't fall into their current 'guidelines'.

They're still available on Itch & Gumroad, but so far, the following were rejected on Amazon

Original Series : Season 5 (I'll just assume 6-8 will be as well)

Season 1-4 are available? Seems like they're live.

Reboot series : Season 1,2,4,5 rejected (So i'll just assume SE 3 will be too)

Sketch Series, Chibi Series, & Island Series are all pending review. Not getting my hopes up. The Island Series may have a chance, but seriously, who knows what's considered "ok" anymore.

Much like YouTube, Amazon had all the early seasons available in standard definition, but somewhere along the way they were deemed not suitable. :(

Even with all their particular submission video requirements being met, they just don't want the content.

Depressing, but I guess the work just doesn't fit in there.

Also "A Little Halloween" animated storybook got removed for some reason. Not sure when, but it's gone.

*insert soul-crushing sigh here*

But whatever, let's move on. Stuff is still available on other platforms, I was just hoping to make it easier for everyone to have access to the content.

I'll keep you posted on the rest of the collections.

The other option is to go through the old seasons, weed out all the questionable content and have a trimmed down collection of Foamy episodes. Kinda doesn't make sense, but that's all I got for possibilities. I already spent weeks re-working the seasons for Amazon's specifications, and I generally don't want to sit at the computer for another few weeks to adjust the series for more guidelines. Already have pinched nerves n' stuff. So i'm trying to use my time wisely.

Idk, maybe a collection or 'best of' might be the way to go. At least so people can stumble upon it at some point in the future.

It's really difficult to reach an audience, even the ones who want to see your work, when every platform keeps throwing your work in the garbage. The internet was more fun when there was more freedom and possibility, but now, it just seems so difficult to reach anyone. Generally if people don't find you on the major platforms, you just get lost. People don't search for content anymore, they wait for it to pop up in their feed, So idk. More advertising? Who knows.

Anyway, thanks for supporting when platforms don't want to.

It's been very helpful and keeps things going.

:)

Sooooooo back to work!

(Should have Season 7 of the original series on Gumroad & Itch in a week or so)

Meeting the guidelines and still getting rejected.... That's beyond frustrating. Sorry all that work ended up not panning out JiM, here's hoping at least something gets through this absurdity.

I think the frustrating thing about this is all the content WAS on Amazon & YouTube. It's like, all of a sudden, someone was like "Nope. Don't like it". Wish they had a 'grandfathered in' type thing, but I think there's just SO much content out there, passing on a project isn't a big deal to them.

The last season you put on DVD was through one of the funding sites (I don't remember which one). You raised the money for the printing and supplied copies to the donors that met the threshold (I was one of them). So why don't you don't you try to repeat this again. Post on all your social accounts asking your fans for donations for physical copies of each season and collections. Personally I prefer physical media over streaming stuff.

Sadly YouTube is owned by Google and they are trying to be the ideal of woke. So anything to offend anyone not made by an obvious minority group, Or favored (by them) political persuasion is only tolerated if it is making them a lot of money in ads.

Most of the DVDs are still available, people generally don't buy a lot of physical media anymore :(
