They already are taking it out on YouTubers and advertisers. At least DreamCast had a programming base and there are still new games being developed and made on the indie scene. I don't see that ever happening with Stadia. But it has a chance on other cloud gaming platforms that Stadia effectively killed because they worked with programming others did.
